Rest Day

Training that respects your rest.

Rest Day is an endurance coach that plans your season around your recovery — and re-plans it when life happens.

A training week in Rest Day: a protected rest day, threshold intervals, a long weekend ride — with planned load and hours summarized.

Sample athlete — example data, not a real person

Slept 5 hours? The plan noticed.

It reasons about your fatigue, then moves the work — not you.

The plan on Monday

  • MonRest
  • Tue4×8' threshold
  • WedRecovery spin
  • ThuZ2 endurance
  • Sat3h long ride
  • SunVO₂ intervals

After a rough night's sleep

  • MonRest
  • TueEasy spin — slept 5h
  • WedRecovery spin
  • Thu4×8' threshold
  • Sat3h long ride
  • SunVO₂ intervals

Tuesday's intervals slid to Thursday; today became an easy spin. The week's purpose survives — the fatigue gets absorbed. Try it live on the sample athlete →

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Connect your training

Strava, or FIT/TCX/GPX files straight from your watch or head unit.

  2. Step 2

    Tell the coach your goal

A race with a date, or just consistency — both are real goals.

  3. Step 3

    It plans — and re-plans

A season built around your recovery, reshaped when life happens.

Why invite-only?

Rest Day is a small private beta, capped at around 25 athletes. The coach runs on real (paid) AI and I'm the one paying for it — so I grow it deliberately. Request an invite and I'll email you when a spot opens.

A race, an event, or just consistency — one line is plenty.

Strava, a watch or head unit, nothing yet — all fine answers.
